Bray Air Display, Hotter than July, Malahide Has It,
Dublin Flea Market
Good morning!
Another week is behind us and we deserve a nice weekend. ;-) This weekend the main events are the Bray Air Display on Saturday and Sunday with fly overs and acrobatics of a whole range of planes. The activities in the air only run from 15:00-17:00, but there are sooo many people at this event every year, that you have to make your way hours before. Use public transport or check the “Getting There” page on the website for explanations of all traffic restrictions etc.
In Dublin the “Hotter than July” World Music Festival will take place on Sunday, which is the other highlight of the weekend, although on a VERY different scale.
You might have seen the bad news about the Oktoberfest and the Dublin Christmas Flea Market that recently emerged? I wrote about these announcement in a Facebook Post during the week and if you haven’t seen it yet, check it out here: www.facebook.com/DublinEventGuide/posts/2771114012916766
Thanks a lot for your support for the Dublin Event Guide last week, it is much appreciated, but because the money that is generated that way is very small, I need you to help in the same way every week.
It is very simple and doesn’t cost you a cent:
Just go to www.DublinEventGuide.com and click on the rectangular ad that is shown at the very top of the page! If you don’t see an ad there, please turn your Ad Blocker off and refresh the page and then do the clicking. ;-) It is just a few cents that I will get, but if enough people click on it – and it only takes a few seconds! – , it might do the job to cover the cost for sending the Dublin Event Guide. Thanks! Some people have asked me for the Dublin Event Guide PayPal link for donations and here it is: www.paypal.me/DublinEventGuide
And here are some of this weekend’s free events. All events are sorted by start time, but watch out for the few events that have a “++” in front of them, the are particularly recommended. ;-) ALL events in this list are free, but some require booking!
