Keep rolling! Nothing will change for a while. Only the Dublin Event Guide might :-O – Some events for the weekend and lots for during the week.

At the Dublin Event Guide end, I am working on an idea that will affect you in a positive way. The e-mail that I currently send out is ok, but it is neither pretty nor is it easily readable on mobile phones. The weekly Facebook post is just ugly and much too long and really awkward to read. So the idea would be to make the e-mail much prettier, to overhaul the website and then to move away from posting the weekly newsletter on Facebook, but to invite the Facebook community to either subscribe to the e-mail or to come to the website. So, if you agree that the e-mail should be much nicer and easier readable, please let me know via dublineventguide@gmail.com Unfortunately there will be some additional cost for the software license (approx. EUR 180 per year) that I need to create a prettier newsletter and if any of you could help with that, I would VERY much appreciate your help! THANK YOU! By the way, a good few people contacted me about my suggestion in last week’s Dublin Event Guide that we could be virus free in 2 weeks. I received some VERY good and interesting ideas, suggestions, questions and opinions. I will definitely get back to you all, but I didn’t manage to do so yet last week. Please give me a few more days.

And just before I will tell you about lots of (online) events again, I will need to ask you again for your help. Last week was BAD unfortunately and if I want to improve the “look and feel” of the Dublin Event Guide I need some additional help as outlined above. If you can help PLEASE help to keep the Dublin Event Guide going, because there will definitely be REAL LIFE events again at some point this year!!!

If only 15 people could help with 12 Euro (That’s just one Euro per month for four, sometimes five editions – what a brilliant deal!) then we would have the EUR 180 for the software license. Can we achieve this together?

You can travel across the globe …on your computer and if you need to home school your kids, make the trip as exciting as possible. Here are some sites that you can visit in Egypt. Combine that with a number of resources about the pyramids that you can find on YouTube and an summary of the history that you glean from Wikipedia and you are a knowledgeable tour guide that will be able to capture the attention of your youngster(s) fort he whole duration of your tour.
